Beaumont Blues Festival 2010

This annual festival will be held on September 4 and 5, 2010 at the B.A.D.A.S. Fairgrounds. Headliners include: Boogie Patrol, Gordie Johnson on Saturday and Paul Pigat and Amos Garrett on Sunday. Commercial Real Estate Rises

The Canadian commercial real estates saw a sharp rise in the first half of 2010. Values of the deals soared by 60% as signs of recovery gained strength. CB Richard Ellis said in its Midyear National Investment Report that there were $7.8-billion of deals done from January to June, compared to $4.9-billion during the same period in 2009.
